You can also make a reservation here: simply submit your travel dates and then press the yellow "book" button that will be displayed on the results page next to each available lodging. Please note: Online bookings need to be guaranteed by a valid credit card (Visa or MasterCard). No payment is taken from your card except if you fail to turn up without notice, or cancel a confirmed reservation outside the free cancellation timeframe (see Terms and Conditions). However, we reserve the right to pre-authorise your card for the quoted rent price (up to 30 days prior to arrival). FYI: a pre-authorisation is not a debit but a temporary hold placed on the funds, which remain in your account until the final payment of your stay is to be made at check out. At this moment, according to your preference, we convert the pre-authorised amount to a charge or release it, should you wish to use another payment method.

The entire processing is handled on a secured server that uses the latest SSL technology to protect and encrypt your data. Making an online booking implies that you accept our Terms and Conditions without reserve and without exception.

If you don't want to provide a credit card, you may alternatively confirm your booking through a down payment of 30 % of the total and pay the reminder on arrival.

Please note before making a binding reservation:

• We will spare no effort to make your stay with us an unforgettable and unique experience. However, please don't forget that we are not a hotel but a homestay guest house. While we attach great importance to a warm and open-hearted welcome, we wish to draw your attention to the fact that our amenities and services may differ from what you would expect in hotels. For example: our lodgings are not fitted out with a TV or minibar, our bathrooms have a shower rather than a bath tub, and our double bed size is 140 cm by 200 cm. It's also worth mentioning that we have refrained from equipping our lodgings with air conditioning, as part of our commitment to sustainable, ecological and nature-respecting tourism. Since our house is particularly well insulated and the nights here in Bras are usually pleasantly cool even in summer thanks to its altitude, we consider these environmentally harmful power guzzlers to be truly dispensable.
  
  
• All our guest bedrooms and studios are upstairs (about 15 steps) making our house unsuitable for physically disabled travellers.
  
  
• The guest lounge with TV, computer, library, minibar, tea/coffee maker and kitchenette is closed from November to March when it is used to overwinter our non-hardy terrace plants.
  
  
• We aim to offer to our guests a relaxed and peaceful place and therefore accept only children over the age of 12.
  
  
• Two friendly Jack-Russell Terriers, Foxy & Cannelle, are living with us. They just love meeting people but might defend their territory against other pets, which are therefore not admitted.
  
  
• Our guest house is nestling on a hilltop amidst sylvan surroundings about 1 km outside the village. The property is approached via a single-lane tarred road followed by a short rough track of 300 m which has a few potholes and feels a bit bumpy, but any regular car that is not low slung can make it without problems (it might be somewhat challenging, however, should you travel by motorcycle).
  
  
• For the special getaways and all-in packages (October to May only) please select your travel dates first. You will then be able to add the requested package from the extras list.
  
  
• Our Guest House is closed from December 20 to January 6.
  
  
• Confidentiality of your data: The security and confidentiality of your personal data is of paramount importance to us. • Regarding Covid-19: you may rest assured that the health, wellbeing and safety of our guests is our highest priority. We have reinforced safety precautions and implemented increased cleaning and disinfection measures in accordance with requirements from national and local authorities.
